\nAfter joining our college I was trying to meditate regularly. But I was not remaining much strong to fight the worldliness. But all the time I was thinking about GYAN. From last one month I am regularly meditating in the middle of eyebrow and in the middle of mind. I am always trying to forget myself and see the PARMATMA. But I do not know the proper way how I have to do DHYAN. So can I get SAMADHI? I want to know the truth of life and sacrifice all the life for helping others.
